The Metaphor.gy project uses the Wordnik API to generate metaphors for users. Leveraging the grouping function within the API, Metaphor.gy returns a metaphor more closely related than any created by a random word generator.

It reached #3 on the homepage of Designer News and continues to receive a few hundred visitors each month.
